Really it was a great experience here. From the time that you enter the hospital you feel like its home.  The hospitality, staff and time. Everything is more than clear.

The first impression I got from Dr. Vitasna and her nurses and assistants was very good, really personally interested and listened to my needs.  She explained very carefully every step of the procedure.

After the surgery, Dr. Vitasna came to visit me several times and check that all is ok.

Her assistants and Nurses are most helpful. I had a lot of pain and they handled it great.

I have now been at the first check up, 1 week after surgery. Dr. Vitasna is very professional and caring and gives counsel and tells me what to do and not to do.

I feel very satisfied and comfortable.

I have always been embarrassed about my excess skin around the vagina area. However, after reading about this procedure, I decided to have it done.

Coming to the Yanhee Hospital for labiaplasty was a great decision. The Nurses were so friendly and the doctor/surgeon was very caring and professional.

I received a very high standard of care during and after my stay at the Yanhee and the nurses made sure I was looked after very well.Everything was very organized  and I never had to wait long in the waiting room.

I highly recommend this hospital and I highly commend my surgeon, Dr. Vitasna Ketglang, for performing labiaplasty on me, achieving great results!

I encourage anyone who is considering either mammoplasty or labiaplasty to go to Yanhee, you will be very happy with the great service and great results!.

It has been two months after I had a TVT-O surgery performed by you. I would like to than you for your kind and friendly suggestions as well as for sharing all the information and knowledge.

I needed to know about the problem of women with stress urinary incontinence. Before discussing with you, I did not know that involuntary leakage of urine was so common among women or even some men.

For many years, I used to become a social recluse and in some occasions, not wanting to play sports or jogging for fear of embarrassment and ridicule.

It was difficult to share my problem with friends or seek help from a specialist. You have clearly answered all my questions both pre and post operations which made me understand my expectations.

After the TVT- O Surgery,  I am extremely happy with the result. No more worries, no more leakage!

I am happy with the results after surgery. It has only been one week but I think the long term results will be an improvement.

I felt I was at home at Yanhee. Being a black person, I was a bit scared that there would be prejudice. I was welcomed and treated in a very respectful manner. The nurses were very cheerful and Dr. Vitasna was excellent.

I know I would definitely refer other people and family to Yanhee. Kudos to my coordinators who were excellent and very professional at their job.

Recently I had labiaplasty surgery performed by Dr. Vitasna.I just wanted to touch base and let her know that a month on, my operation has been a huge success. The area has healed perfectly and I’m amazed at how fast the transformation took place.

 

At first sight of my vagina was very distressing, as I didn’t realize how ‘messy’ that area would look for the first few weeks and I thought it was going to be like that forever.But now, I’m so happy with the result and want to thank her for doing such a great job.

At the age of 40 I suffered a significant pelvic organ prolapse, and without private medical insurance in Australia, quickly discovered that the public waiting list for AP repair surgery and a hysterectomy could be as long as 3 years and as a self funded private patient could cost as much as $18,000AUD.

Driven by this, I was prompted to explore the options of surgery outside my home country and finding you was a true blessing. Your dedication to your specialization in Gynaecology and Obstetrics throughout your career was evident through the thousands of operations that have you have conducted and that have been recorded by the hospital .

This gave me complete confidence that under your care, I was in expert hands. The international coordination staff of the Yanhee International Hospital made communication with you easy and clear, all my questions were answered completely and promptly.

And within a couple of weeks I had my booking confirmation for my surgery. The total cost of my repair surgery and flights etc amounted to around a third of the cost in Australia.

The day before my operation, I visited the hospital and was graciously given a “hospital tour” by my English speaking coordinator. I was extremely impressed with the staff, efficiency and overall cleanliness of the hospital.

As a last minute decision, I requested a consultation with a plastic surgeon, Dr Suthat Koonawarote for a Mammoplasty and I was amazed at the fact that this was able to be organized and coordinated into my surgery that was scheduled for the very next day.

The many testimonials that I had read from his Australian patients, and in fact from those all over the world, gave me great confidence in his expertise.

For the days I was hospitalised after my surgery, I feel compelled to thank both you and Dr Suthat and the compassionate nursing staff on the 10th Floor.

At all times I was treated kindly and with respect. Every step of the way, there was a staff member to assist me from making general inquiries, to booking accommodation and airport transfers.

If, in the future, there will ever be a need for a specialist doctor and surgery for any member of my family, there will be no hesitation to return to your hospital, as I truly believe that I could not have received better care and expertise anywhere else.

From the moment I had my consultaion with Dr. Vitasna, she listened and answered all my questions in an easy and mannerly way.

I could not believe how efficient and quickly I could have this procedure done as in my own country I would have had to wait a long time to be able to see a top gynecologist with appointment and have the procedure done within a week is truly amazing.

I could not recommend Dr. Vitasna and her team highly enough and I would have no hesitation about coming to this hospital again should I need to.

All I can say is if I were to rate Yanhee Hospital, the score will be superior plus.My doctor, Dr. Vitasna Ketglang, was very professional, gentle and caring. All the nurses and aides were always there for me, ready to assist me with a smile on their face.

They were always poised, well-groomed, gentle and caring. The food is good. Room is very clean and with no smell like in other hospitals so that you won’t even touch anything or eat their food. Yanhee’s bathroom is like your own bathroom at home – no filthy corners or slippery floors.

Everything is perfect. Lastly, I would never had gone through this surgery without the extreme help of Lauren Moreno, aka “Kukie”.She was there for me and gave me the courage to go through this procedure. The effort, love and care which she showered to me was out of this world. Her mother was also there for me all the time.

I really felt the love from all of the Yanhee doctors, nurses, aides, and staff. I WILL RECOMMEND YANHEE TO ANYBODY FOR SURE!
